Pastor Ted and his wife Sheila have been pastoring churches for 39 of their 44 years of marriage. They have four wonderful children, and 11 awesome grandchildren. Pastor Ted became a part of the Foursquare family when he was baptized in the Holy Spirit under the ministry of Roy Hicks, Jr. at Faith Center in Eugene, OR in the early 1970's. He and Sheila pioneered the church in LaGrande 29 years ago where they have committed to a lifetime ministry.   Pastor Ted's singular passion is reaching the harvest of lost outside of Christ. "This side of heaven, evangelism should be like the air we breathe. Nothing is of greater significance than reaching this generation with the saving message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ."
